The Weenie Hut franchise is made up of Weenie Hut Juniors, Super Weenie Hut Juniors, Weenie Hut General, and Weenie Hut.
Weenie Hut Juniors
Weenie Hut Juniors was seen in the episodes "No Weenies Allowed." It was founded in 1999 by Mr. Fadl to make a restaurant for weenies and Super Weenie Juniors. It is a restaurant intended for little babies and nerds. It has a menu suited for them its a wholly owned subsidiary of Weenie Hut Properties Inc., which also owns Weenie Hut General, Bikini Bottom's hospital for weenies, and also other places. The exterior of the place is pink, girly and it is in the shape of a cupcake with icing on top. Also featured on the exterior is a weenie and some stars on the bottom of the cupcake exterior. Weenie Hut Juniors has a weenie-robot (who serves customers and tries to help them with their problems, and yet he describes himself as "...a robot, not a miracle-worker.") and it can identify if someone is a weenie or not. The only known members are two geeks that resemble wieners who talk about random stuff in a nerdy fashion (like cards) and Patrick. The whole place is of a high quality but it is really babyish. Next to Weenie Hut Juniors is a spoof which is called Super Weenie Hut Juniors. It is a highly developed version of Weenie Hut Juniors. Across the road of Weenie Hut Juniors is the "Rough 'N' Tough" Salty Spitoon. Weenie Hut Juniors appeared in Creature from the Krusty Krab in the level Revenge of the Giant Plankton Monster. It can also be seen in the background of the online flash game Fiery Tracks of Fury.

As the two nerdy fish were saying, there is many different days of the week allocated to different events in the place. There are days like:
- Double Weenie Wednesday (moved to Friday)
- Mega Weenie Monday (moved to Sunday)
- Monster Weenie Monday (only at Super Weenie Hut Jr.'s)
Super Weenie Hut Juniors
Super Weenie Hut Juniors was a Spin-off restaurant founded in 2002, which has appeared in No Weenies Allowed, and Stuck in the Wringer. Like the original Weenie Hut Juniors, it serves Ice Cream/Sundaes.
Super Weenie Hut Jr's
Weenie Hut General
Weenie Hut General is a hospital that was mentioned at the end of the episode "No Weenies Allowed." SpongeBob ran into the Salty Spitoon, slipped on an ice cube, and was rushed to the hospital. When he told the doctor that he got covered in "boo-boos," the doctor recommended Weenie Hut General. Along with the Super Weenie Hut Junior, there is also a Super Weenie Hut General, also mentioned at the end of "No Weenies Allowed." Weenie Hut General was made for little babies, unlike Bikini Bottom Hospital.

Weenie Hut was founded In 2013 and is the newest addition to the Weenie Hut Franchise. It is run by Mr. Weiner. It is much more "mature" of an atmosphere than Weenie Hut Juniors, Super Weenie Hut Juniors and Weenie Hut General. It serves Hot Dogs, and is next door from Pizza Piehole, Taco Sombrero and Wet Noodle. SpongeBob applied for a job there, but was fired for making "weiner patties". Later, he was kidnapped by Mr. Weiner because the customers liked the Weiner Patties.
