Viro Reganto is an enemy of Mermaid Man. He appears in SpongeBob Comics #32, 33, 34, 35, 36, in the serialized saga, Showdown at the Shady Shoals. He also appears in SpongeBob Comics No. 55.
Description
He is a light green skinned man who wears a strange, revealing suit that is colored black and red, and he is barefoot.
Trivia
- In SpongeBob Comics No. 34, SpongeBob thought they used to be best friends. However, Mermaid Man and Viro confirm that it's untrue.
- Viro's full name roughly translates to "man governor" in Esperanto, which is the language spoken in Urbo, where he formerly lived.
