Hmm, ohh, very unusual. I think we have a winner, Mr. Tentacles!

— Maestro fascinated with Squidward's new sheetmusic

What is better than thinking Season 6 doesn't have amazing episodes, like uninteresting episodes like "Shuffleboarding" or boring episodes like "Truth or Square"? It's an episode full of justified Season 6 elements and the magic of Squidward being truly successful! Though he was not as successful as in "Band Geeks", he truly deserves it, SpongeBob and Patrick or not them. No true honor can come without good visuals, even though I do admire his music regardless of performing or not!

I loved how this season is about music. I always am passionate about Squidward and music, especially when I am an orchestral musician and that I loved Band Geeks. Even the beginning was amazing – there is good humor about the interaction between SpongeBob, Patrick and Squidward, and the jokes suit the situation well. Examples come later though...

Dreaming...

In the beginning, I loved the jokes there, even when there isn't really much magic of music. The jokes about Squidward making flatulence, especially referring to Mario's (It's a referred pizza place, referencing Mario as an Italian plumber). I also enjoyed SpongeBob's genuine trying to help not make Squidward into trouble, such as trying to distract the signpost construction workers from thinking Squidward's the problem one. Even though Squidward is indeed annoyed with SpongeBob, he has a legit reason to do so. I especially enjoyed Squidward being all dreamy about dreams that he is a famous composer.

Squidward is finally in real happy mood, determined to make music. And even the seemingly worst parts of the episode are good too, since Squidward kicking SpongeBob and Patrick as balls out of his house is funny too, even when Squidward is in the really angry mood.

Squidward's rainbow

The episode actually does change for the most when Patrick's bones break, as SpongeBob treats Patrick, since he can't see a real doctor due to no health insurance. Even when Squidward is real angry, Spongebob has a legitimate reason, rather than being a jerk. Patrick does his treatment and Squidward's metaphorical rainbow of ideas for music literally becomes paint falling down. Very funny indeed, even when the situation is disappointing for Squidward!

Right for his new insanely tired face

And Squidward finally finishing his work and becoming the same Squid's Day Off insanely tired face he is. I just love that dramatization of his face. And I love how he rushes to the maestro insanely happy. And even the German composer accent of the maestro.

In the performance, though, here's when things get truly magical. I loved Squidward's Suction Cup Symphony, with or without SpongeBob and Patrick! With them though, it's amazing how Squidward can manage to get through conducting his composition and not get super mad during performance! And even how controlled and not overly done the crazy stuff has been done. The elements of Season 6 have been perfected!

Congrats for the amazing stuff!

And even though Squidward thinks he failed himself, the audience love the whole performance. "That little yellow guy is awesome! Let us not forget the chubby starfish! Oh yeah, but the real genius is the composer!" There is indeed real fame, SpongeBob and Patrick or not either.

I must change my userpage though, to make this episode top-best...
