Appearance

The Unnamed Driver appears to be a grey fish wearing a small white hat, which might suggest he was from the Navy. He also appears to be driving on a gurney in a pipe-like object.

History

The Unnamed Driver was only seen trying to ram SpongeBob along with Divin' Bale Dale and Blow Torch. However, SpongeBob gets out of the way and the Unnamed Driver, Divin' Bale Dale, and Blow Torch end up crashing into a lifeguard's boat.
