Thomas James "Tom" Kenny (born July 13, 1962) is an American actor, singer, voice artist, and comedian, best known as the voice of SpongeBob SquarePants in the franchise of the same name, as well as Gary, Harold SquarePants, the French Narrator, and some other characters.
