Thomas James Kenny (born July 9, 1962) is an American voice actor and comedian. He does the voice for SpongeBob. He also voices Gary the Snail, Patchy the Pirate, the Narrator, the Dirty Bubble in Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy V (replacing Charles Nelson Reilly) and the French Narrator.

Kenny is a well-known voice actor in the community. He has voiced many characters in the series "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends", "Camp Lazlo", "Rocko's Modern Life", "Out of Jimmy's Head", "Transformers Animated", and "Futurama", "The Marvolus Misadventures of Flapjack", "Handy Manny", "The Cramptwins" among others. In 2004, he voiced a character in the Disney Show "Brandy and Mr. Whiskers.", also from 2006-2007, he voiced Leon on the Cartoon Network show "Squirrel Boy". Also in 2006, he did the voices in the movie Here Comes Peter Cottontail. He did Peter Cottontail Sr., Peter Cottontail Jr. as in "Junior", and Antoine in the said film. He has also appeared in the first 3 seasons of the HBO sketch-comedy series "Mr. Show", as well as the music video for The Smashing Pumpkins' "Tonight, Tonight" with co-star and wife Jill Talley (also is the voice of Karen). He also currently hosts "Funday Night at the Movies" on TCM.
