Also, it is him or her, not them; and he or she, not they. Obviously, you would have to change the verb if a verb comes after the word. (example: you wrote: "...if they do something wrong...", it should be "...if he or she does something wrong... (sorry, I cannot stop correcting grammar and spelling.))

I blocked him twice and he thinks that it is the most important thing in the world and that he shouldn't have been blocked. Actually, before I blocked him, I don't really know why he hated me. I blocked him for vandalizing my user page and using inapropriate language.
