Thomas Francis Wilson Jr. (a.k.a. Tom Wilson) is a SpongeBob SquarePants cast member. He voices various characters in the show, most notably Flatts the Flounder in the episode "The Bully" and the Tattletale Strangler in the episode "SpongeBob Meets the Strangler." He has also provided voices for minor and additional characters. Wilson is best known for his role as Biff Tannen in Back to the Future trilogy movies.
