Voice of Tom
I don't think this page is correct about who voiced Tom, especially in Chocolate with Nuts. It is very obvious that Thomas F. Wilson is the voice. I watched Back to the Future and this Spongebob in the same day to confirm. Tom and Biff sound very much alike. Maybe that's also why his name is Tom?
