Sweet Victory is a very popular rock ballad performed by David Glen Eisley. It was used in the episode "Band Geeks." It's one of the semi-common occasions that SpongeBob's singing actor isn't Tom Kenny. A full version of this song was first heard in 2007.

Trivia

The song's initial release date is unknown. Many assume it to have been made during the 1980s due to how it sounds. However, there is some evidence that proves that this song was specifically written for the episode.
This is the second song where SpongeBob sings, but his voice was not provided by Tom Kenny. The first was the Ripped Pants song.
The song is used in WWE's The American Dream: The Dusty Rhodes Story documentary, released on DVD in 2006. It is played during a montage showcasing a famous cage match between Dusty Rhodes and Ric Flair. ^[1] ^[2]
