Steve is the cashier at the Toy Barrel, a toy store that was built at the time the episode Toy Store of Doom took place. He is very regular and bland, rarely showing emotion or happiness. He apparently thinks Frank the Guard is not very bright, seeing how he corrects his name-calling. He only appears in that episode.
Appearance
Steve is a pretty slim, mint green fish, with a hot pink fin on the back. He wears a white shirt, a green vest, a red and yellow bowtie, and a red hat with a yellow propeller.
History
Steve is first seen after he was pointed out by SpongeBob. SpongeBob then started to sing which annoyed him. Later, Steve closed down the Toy Barrel after Franky confirmed nobody wasn't in there. The next day, Steve opened the Toy Barrel telling to kids to have fun and was surprised to see SpongeBob and Patrick leave from the store after he opened it.
