Squidward's Toilet made an appearance in House Fancy when Patrick went to the bathroom on it.

After Patrick left, the toilet came crawling out. It's only line was, "Just put me out of my missery" and then died in Squidward's arms.
He also made a brief appearance in Choir Boys, where he is shown with Squidward's Toilet Paper, who's only line was, "Don't feel bad. He didn't use me yesterday either."
