Squidward's brain is an internal organ in Squidward Tentacles' head. It first appears in the episode "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy IV."

SpongeBob, while messing with Mermaid Man's belt and trying to get Squidward back to normal size after shrinking him, summons a pair of scissors that cut Squidward in half and expose his brain.

It is among Squidward's organs seen by SpongeBob and Patrick after they go inside Squidward to find his clarinet reed.

When SpongeBob and Patrick exit Squidward's head, Patrick is chewing on Squidward's brain. Squidward quickly takes it back.

- In "Keep Bikini Bottom Beautiful," it is revealed that one of Squidward's brain veins reads "I am angry" in all caps.
- In "Squidtastic Voyage" and "Snooze You Lose," Squidward's brain is seen with a brain stem but in "Breath of Fresh Squidward," "Suction Cup Symphony," and "Drive Happy," it appears without a brain stem.
