A Slide Whistle is an instrument used by SpongeBob, Patrick, and eventually, Squidward in the episode "Slide Whistle Stooges."
History
At first, Squidward is irritated when the whistles distract him, but later becomes addicted to the instrument, and irritates all the Bikini Bottomites with his slide whistle. It is based on the real-life slide whistle.
