History
Simmy was made when Plankton saw the Krusty Krab planning a company picnic and made Simmy and Tally so he could have one of his own. When Plankton pulled up with his bus, Simmy and Tally immediately started setting up the activities so that the Mr. Krabs, Squidward, and Spongebob would be swayed to going the Chum Bucket; but Plankton's plans are foiled when Spongebob discovers that Simmy and Tally are holograms just like all the stuff they set up.
Trivia
- It is unknown how Simmy and Tally were able to move and carry things if they were just trash cans and parking meters.
