Shelly Rose Fishbowl is an olive fish child with a purple skirt that makes a few cameos. She is one of Shubie's Daughters. Shelly goes to the Bikini Bottom School For Kids And Teens. Shubie had a C-Section for Shelly to be born. Shelly is a singer and sings at the Bikini Bottom Concert.
