Seymour Scales is a shark from the video game, SpongeBob's Boating Bash. He "teaches" SpongeBob how to get his license, which is fake. He is voiced by John O'Hurley, who also voices King Neptune.

Seymore Scales wears an ivory-colored shirt, purple pants, and a red-striped tie. He also has orange hair and eyebrows.
History
He tricks SpongeBob into a D.R.I.V.E. learning course for boating so SpongeBob can get his license, but teaches him the wrong way to drive. He is an unlockable playable character in the game, and the main antagonist in the game.
Trivia
- When Seymour said, "And I would've gotten away with it too, if it wasn't for Mrs. Puff!," he is referencing the television series Scooby-Doo.
