The Con Man refers to a fish who appeared in the episode, "Chocolate with Nuts" and "20,000 Patties Under the Sea".

In "Chocalate With Nuts", he conned for SpongeBob and Patrick's money three times.

In "20,000 Patties Under the Sea", he said, "Thank you again.", indicating that he remembers SpongeBob and Patrick. In that very same episode it is shown he married some time between "Chocolate with Nuts" and "20,000 Patties Under the Sea".

He is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.

Personality

He is snide and sneaky, as he tricks the duo during the episode "Chocolate with Nuts" three times, and his most successful attempt was faking that he was "born with paper skin and glass bones and a disease" which impacted the duo heavily for 2 minutes.
