It appears to be an old, worn out shack that is pale green in color, and on the front of it is a broken piece of wood reading "Rusty's Rib Eye" in black text, and below it is a square hole with an awning above it made out of scrap metal. On the side of a building is a wooden door. The roof is made out of variously colored metals.
The inside of the shack is made up of light green metal walls, and contains various weapons, and has a deep fryer.
The history of Rusty's Rib Eye is unknown. It is likely that Rusty's was around when Old Man Jenkins was young. It is also likely that it suffered the same faith as Stinky Burgers or more likely, Rusty died and it was closed down. Old Man Jenkins would not taste a Rusty on Rye again until SpongeBob brought back Rusty Rickets from the dead in the episode "Séance Shméance."
It appeared in SpongeBob Moves In! before the American premiere date of "Séance Shméance," its official appearance.
In SpongeBob Moves In!, Rusty's Rib Eye is called "Rusty's Ribeye" with no space between the words "rib" and "eye."
