Rodger Albert Bumpass (born November 20, 1951) is an American voice actor. His credits go back to the 1980s revival of The Jetsons. Many know him for playing the role of character Squidward Tentacles, SpongeBob's grouchy and miserable neighbor on SpongeBob SquarePants. Other roles have been in Teen Titans, Invader ZIM, and other cartoons.

Trivia

Bumpass also plays the Purple Doctorfish who appears in a few episodes.
Bumpass has stated the best way to voice Squidward, is to put it all in the nose and give him the "Oh PuhLEEZE!" attitude.
Bumpass has voiced two doctors, Gill Gilliam and the Purple Doctorfish
