The Rock Bottom Bus manager is a character who first appears in the episode "Rock Bottom." Not much is known about him. He is seen coming out of one of the bathrooms. He also was the one who stole SpongeBob's Kelp Nougat Crunch. He also makes a cameo in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie short "Watch Out!"
Description
The bus manager is a dark green fish, though it is unknown what type of fish. He has a large red eye with large eyelashes. He has spikes on his back, resembling that of a dinosaur's, and is seen wearing light blue pants. He has a raspberry accent and one giant red eye. His mouth seems to be on his chest and he has very small fins just below his mouth. He also has small red spots on the right side of his body.
