The Rock Bottom Bus Manager has only appeared in "Rock Bottom." Not much is known about him. The Manager is a green male, as heard at the window. He has a raspberry accent, and one giant red eye. He also was the one who stole SpongeBob's Kelp Nougat Crunch. He is also seen coming out of one of the bathrooms. He appeared in a commercial for The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie.
Appearance
The bus manager is a green fish, though it's unknown what type of fish. He has a large red eye with large eyelashes. He has spikes on his back, resembling that of a dinosaur's, and is seen wearing blue pants. His mouth seems to be on his chest and he has very small fins just below the mouth. He also has small red spots on the right side of his body.
Trivia
Two female fish that resemble him appear in Rock Bottom in the "Employee of the Month" video game.
