Description
He is dark orange and tanned, and he runs his own "organic" tanning salon called Ray's Organic Tanning Salon. He is a stingray that speaks "cool" and just sits there getting more tanned and wears purple shorts.
History
He wanted SpongeBob to get some cooking oil for him so that SpongeBob could get the sunscreen for Dame Mackerel.
