Princess Tulsa was Patrick Star, Gary the Snail, Ed Star, and Sam Star's great grandmother, the grandmother to Sluggo and Herbert Star, the mother of Maw Tucket, the aunt of Carl, the wife of Yorick, the daughter of Queen Mildew and King Amoeba, the mother-in-law to Billy and Cletus Star, the sister-in-law to Prince Dingus, a descendant of Primitive Star, Patar, and Pecos Patrick, and one of Patron's ancestors.

Biography
She was one of two children, and only daughter, of King Amoeba and Queen Mildew.
She married Yorick. This marriage caused her to lose her royal status due to Yorick not being royalty.
With Yorick, she had a starfish that would be known as "Maw Tucket."
