The Popeye Fish is a tough fish that has made minor appearances in the show.
Description
He is a large, muscular, gray fish that wears navy blue underpants and a sailor's hat. He has yellow eyes, a scar above his left eye and stubble on his chin. He has very short legs in contrast to the rest of his body.
History
His largest appearance is in "No Weenies Allowed," where he is seen trying to enter the Salty Spittoon. His other large appearance is in "The Cent of Money," where Mr. Krabs and Gary steal his change. When SpongeBob comes looking for them, he tells SpongeBob that they had stolen his change, and referred to them as "criminals."
Personality
In "No Weenies Allowed" he is seen trying to enter the Salty Spittoon, a place for the toughest of fish. After Reg asks him how tough he is, he claims that he ate a bowl of nails without any milk for breakfast, indicating he is tough and is very resistant to pain.
