Appearance

The Police Station is a square building with a round entrance with a badge on it. In the episode Life of Crime and the Spongebob Video Game Battle for Bikini Bottom it is small and blue with a fireplace that says "Police Station". Only in SpongeBob Meets the Strangler and A SquarePants Family Vacation it's a little bigger and with many more fireplaces.
