Peter Burns is a former SpongeBob SquarePants Crew Member Who Often worked with Sherm Cohen and Aaron Springer. He developed the idea for the episode Ripped Pants About SpongeBob ripping his pants.[1]
Peter Burns only worked on Season 1 in 1999, where his place was taken by Merriwether Williams.[1]
