Description
Paco is a light green and light blue fish. He wears a purple shirt with a white coat and gray pants. He has four dark blue spots on his head.
History
In "New Student Starfish," it is revealed that he is a student in Mrs. Puff's Boating School and has three stars on the Good Noodle Board.
In "Goo Goo Gas," he is seen working as a price tagger.
In "Le Big Switch," he appears to be a French chef trying to cook soup, but Mr. Le Schnook tells him it's terrible.
