Oh, My Karen is the song that Plankton which serenades to Karen in the episode Single Cell Anniversary.

Reason Of Creation
Plankton created the song for Karen on their wedding anniversary. He did it only so Karen would give him the Krabby Patty Secret Formula. He got the idea for creating the song with a little help from SpongeBob after he heard Plankton crying.
Song's Impact
The song made Karen so happy that she decided to give Plankton the formula. While loading the formula, Karen somehow cries and wets her control device, creating an error only seconds before Plankton would have been able to use the Krabby Patty Secret Formula to get more customers.
