"Not Normal" is a SpongeBob SquarePants episode from season six.

Plot
SpongeBob is convinced by Squidward that he is not normal. He proceeds to purchase a video on "How to become normal" and over a three week time period slowly shapes into a round, crater less, small nosed, big cheeked being.
Along with his new personality, SpongeBob purchases a new suburban home and works in a cubicle at the Krusty Krab like "normal" people do. Instead of regular Krabby Patties, he prints them out on pieces of paper. He soon loses his job after the customers notice the new tastless burger.
Afterwards, SpongeBob goes over to Squidward's house and talks to him. He states that Squidward is not normal, pointing out thet Squidward has various abnormalities, such as a large "bulbous" nose, odd eyes, and no pants. Angered, Squidward kicks SpongeBob out of his home.
Upset, SpongeBob enlists Patrick's aid to make him abnormal again. After a trial of odd tasks, SpongeBob concludes that he is "Permanently normal" in Patrick's home. A few moments later, Squidward appears at the door wearing pants and has a large round head, "normal" eyes, and a small nose. This snaps SpongeBob out of his normal state and returns him back to his old self.

- When Spongebob says "Hmm, this video tape should help.", one of his arms is missing.
- Squidward's "normal" features include:

- When "normal" Squidward is first shown, he has only two legs, but when Spongebob hugs normal Squidward, all four of his legs are shown.

- When Squidward looks back at the grill area, there's no desk. But when he goes back to get a cup of water, the desk appears.
- SpongeBob is repeatedly heard saying the phrases, "Hi, how are ya?", "Wonderful weather we're having.", "Yep", and "Okay, see ya 'round" during his "normal" state.
- Spongebob's "normal" features include:

- When Spongebob talks backwards, he says "Tap erus uoy era?", which means "Are you sure Pat?" when put forwards.
- The title card is the same as "Le Big Switch".
- SpongeBob's "normal" house looks like The Red House on "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood"
- Spongebob was previously seen speaking backwards in "Opposite Day".
- When Squidward is riding his bike to his house, he look up and sees spongebob's "normal" house. When the camera pans out for us to see all 3 houses spongebob is not there but when it goes back to squid, he is there.
- Patrick does not know what the word "normal" means but yet he can push his head through his belly button.
- This is one of the few episodes in which one of the characters openly acknowledges that Squidward visibly does not wear pants, a fact that has not bothered anyone earlier in the show despite its obviousness.
