Plus the UK and Ireland version has black lines obstructing the top and bottom of the screen, this only happens with commercials, bumpers, SpongeBob season 9, "Truth or Square," and Nickelodeon shows that aired after 2012.
After 2 a.m. (Eastern), Nicktoons switched from split-screen credits to regular credits until the mornings. An hour of SpongeBob episodes aired at that time on Wednesday and Saturday nights continuing from a marathon that began at midnight (Eastern), with its original unplastered credits intact. Before Nicktoons became ad supported and rebranded into Nicktoons Network in 2005, there were no split-screen credits intact at all yet.
May 5, 2014 after Nicktoons rebranded again with a new style, with the rebrand also including the addition of on-screen credits, just like its main sister channel Nickelodeon. This ended the daily 2 a.m. Eastern regular credit routine.
Sometime around 2015, in the UK and Ireland, the Nicktoons URL appeared 1 or 2 minutes later until the show ended.
