Synopsis[]

"Squidward is making a soufflé, but one day he gets annoyed SpongeBob and Patrick's bubble talk, so he splits up their friendship by saying things they would not dare say to each other. The two of them then get angry at each other and end their friendship, unaware of Squidward being the one causing this. Afterwards, Squidward chokes on a fork from laughing too hard at Patrick's rock distorting him into am accordion-like state. Patrick then comes to the rescue and performs CPR on Squidward to save his life and make him be his friend. This slightly angers SpongeBob and he looks up a way to be Squidward's friend as well.

Later, Squidward invites Patrick and SpongeBob to dinner at his house. During the "dinner," SpongeBob and Patrick drink too much club soda and they both become overweight as a result. Squidward leaves his house to go get some more. While alone at the table, SpongeBob and Patrick are still mad at each other, and the two ex-best friends look around the house. SpongeBob hiccups a bubble, and Patrick starts laughing while there are bubbles coming out of his mouth. SpongeBob, while steamed at Patrick, cannot help but laugh. When Squidward comes home, the bubble storm caused by SpongeBob and Patrick makes the house collapse, leaving nothing but rubble.

SpongeBob and Patrick tell Squidward that they both are friends again. He angrily sends them away while he stays behind and cleans up, but an extra bubble comes by and pops on the door. The door loses balance and falls on Squidward, breaking his back."
