Mutton Chop ( Sept. 1, 1943 ) is one of Armor Abs Krabs's Navy Buddies. He attends the Navy Festival where he gives Mr.Krabs the trophy for the fact he moulted and reveals his sideburns are fake, He went into the Navy in 1961.
