Frank is a big light brown monster made of mud. He has no eyes and has a single tooth.

He attends King Neptune's birthday party. He was locked in a cage with Neptune, Queen Amphitrite, Shape Shifter, Phorkys, Mr. Krabs, and Squidward by Triton. He is rescued by SpongeBob and Patrick after the latter unlocks the cage.
He returns home with Neptune and his family.
