Mrs. Johnson is an elderly woman who lives in Patchy's neighborhood in Encino. Her only appearance was in the Patchy segment of "The Sponge Who Could Fly." She is shown to be very friendly in that episode. She has a jet wheelchair and she also loves to knit.
