Mr. Puff was Mrs. Puff's husband. Unfortunately, he was killed by humans, and turned into a light cover. The only picture of him was in the Season 2 episode, Krusty Love where it he is shown getting turned on using a switch. SpongeBob says Mrs. Puff doesn't like to talk about what happened to him. Also, in the episode Growth Spout, there is a picture of a male brown haired puffer fish in Mrs. Puff's room that could possibly be him.
