Miss Tuffsy was the previous snail owned by Grandma before it apparently died because of overfeeding, as Granny can't stop cooking for her.
She is only mentioned in the episode Have You Seen This Snail?, where Grandma mistakes Gary for Miss Tuffsy, and treats him like if he were it: they go shopping, to a beauty salon, hear music, and watch movies. After Gary escapes her house, she follows and gets instead one of the snails he met in the alleyway, thinking again it is Miss Tuffsy.
