Character
Miss Shell is an elderly woman and a recurring character who appears in numerous episodes throughout in the series, beginning with "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy." She resides at Shady Shoals Rest Home.
Description
She is lavender and has light bluish-white hair. She usually wears a light blue dress, oval-shaped glasses, black boots, and red lipstick. She can also be seen wearing a hearing aid.
Occupation
She was once a kindergarten teacher. When SpongeBob attended kindergarten, he had Miss Shell as a teacher.[1]
She is currently a librarian at the Bikini Bottom Library.[2]
Biography
Originally, she became a kindergarten teacher. At some point, she retired from her job and then moved to Shady Shoals Rest Home.
Trivia
- Her eyes are seen in the episode "Neptune's Spatula" and she has a male voice when she says "Holy smokes."
