Mini Brain SpongeBobs are clever visual metaphors used to personify the abstract concept of thought in SpongeBob's mind. They were only seen in the episode "Squilliam Returns." They were charged with emptying everything in SpongeBob's mind, except for fine dining and breathing. Some things that were seen being thrown out were:

The "boss" of the other SpongeBobs wears a green visor. He hears a SpongeBob talk about how they don't exist. The SpongeBob that the boss threatens to fire begs and claims he has three kids. They all work in the brain office.
