History
He makes his debut, watching the weight lifters at Goo Lagoon, in the episode "Ripped Pants." He was surprised to hear what SpongeBob said in "Sailor Mouth." He made fun of SpongeBob's wig and said it was uncool in "Wigstruck," where he too ended up wearing one. He appears in the episode "Not Normal."
