Description

The Mermaid Man actor is a muscular, blue fish who wears an outfit that resembles Mermaid Man's. The Barnacle Boy Actor is a tan fish who is also muscular and wears Barnacle Boy's clothes. However, instead of goggles, the Barnacle Boy actor wears shades.

The Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy actors are first seen after it is revealed that they are playing Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy in the movie. This greatly upsets SpongeBob, who wants to see the real Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy, but the Mermaid Man Actor tells SpongeBob that they are "too old" for an action movie.

Seeing the actors causes SpongeBob to start a Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy movie of his own, using the real Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy.
