She is married to "Herb Star" (Patrick's father) and they most likely live together. She was seen again in "Rule of Dumb," on a family tree. She was mentioned in "Sing A Song of Patrick" during Patrick's song when it says, "my mommy named it Fred." Appearance
She has a big top-dress that is the same in design and color as Patrick's pants. She has jet black hair with a light shade of a purplish blue. She has a violet red flower in her hair. It is estimated that she is about in her late 40s to early 60s. Her body color is coral pink.
