The Locker of Memories is an object that belongs to Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy.
It just appears in the episode "Back to the Past." There are shelves in it with old stuff on them. In that episode, Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy show this Locker to SpongeBob and Patrick, because they helped push the Invisible Boatmobile up a hill for them.
