Frank is a character that appears in few episodes. It is also noted that Frank works as a life guard for Goo Lagoon.
He is a dark teal fish with faded blue lips and light orange fins. He wears a white tank top and red colored shorts.
He first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants" as a lifeguard, where he rushed to save SpongeBob, after he had crashed down with a wave and washed up on the beach. He was not amused to find out that he had faked the fall for his enjoyment. His appearance was different in "Bubble Buddy," where the beachgoers pushed his lifeguard stand over. He appears in the group of people who want to know how Mr. Krabs and Plankton became rivals. He appears in "The Inmates of Summer," going to the prison, known as Inferno Island. He appears again as a prisoner in "Back to the Past." He appeared as part of the angry mob in "Giant Squidward." He is seen as an angry Bikini Bottomite frequently. He has also appeared in "Choir Boys," in the Bikini Bottom Men's Choir. He also appears in "Karate Star" running to the Krusty Krab. He is seen as a lifeguard again in "Sand Castles in the Sand" when Patrick, trying to catch a frisbee thrown by SpongeBob, ran into the life guard stand that Frank was on causing it to crash to the ground making Frank enraged at their "Buffoonery." His name was revealed to be Frank in "Free Samples."
