Plot

Plankton attempts to adjust the Krusty Krab thermostat in order to freeze Mr. Krabs out of business. He successfully freezes the Krusty Krab, in which Mr. Krabs uses as an advantage to increase business, and then Plankton adjusts the thermostat again and again until he fell, Krabs froze Plankton and made the Krusty Krab more like a pool, that has food.

• The episode's title is French for "Krabs with Ice Cream".
• When Plankton is in the cup spying on Mr. Krabs, it appears empty. However, Old Man Jenkins appears drinking soda and digesting Plankton.
• At the end of the show, how could Plankton move if he was frozen in an ice cube?
• How can Plankton get sucked up a straw if the straw was a periscope and not some kind of door?
• At the end of the episode, Mr. Krabs ordered a Krabby Patty and a lemonade, but only takes the lemonade, and leaves Spongebob with the Krabby patty.
• Old man Jenkins said Krabby Patty instead of Krabby Poopfish.
• Krabs a La Mode is the rival of Tom and Jerry episode, The Framed Cat.

• When Mr. Krabs turns the thermostat back to 62 degrees, he turns the dial to right, and that should have made it warmer, not colder.
• When Gary threw the patty into the rink when the hockey players were playing, and when Plankton landed on Spongebob's nose with it, how could have bent like that, because the Krusty Krab was frozen?
• When Spongebob was showing Squidward his mittens on his eyelashes, the very next scene, they are gone.
• Plankton sarcastically refers to Karen as "the wind beneath my wings". This is a reference to the 1989 Bette Midler song of the same name.
• Squidward obviously has no sense of heat or coldness because when he thinks 62 degrees is cold and 63 degrees is toasty, that is highly illogical, so squidward is very silly.
• When The Krusty Krab is all locked up and everyone leaves, Old Man Jenkins comes out of the bathroom and says "Locked in again". When Plankton starts freezing The Krusty Krab, he would have been frozen, but when the Krusty crew arrives in the morning, he is gone.
• How could Patrick not have splinters when his tongue was on the pole, and how did he get it off when it was -15 degrees? Couldn't Patrick's tongue fall off the clambonie when Plankton was driving to escape The Krusty Krab?
• Mr. Krabs didnt say Santa Claus and Jack Frost correctly.
• Plankton should have realized something: He only had a frozen patty. This would not have given him the formula. He would need a complete Krabby Patty, since a frozen patty would not have the ingredients of the formula in it.
