| "Barnacles! What could be worse than a giant paint bubble!?"
It has been suggested that Judge Horace A. Wopper be merged into the Horace A. Whopper article.
Judge Whopper is a large, lime-green fish who also appears to have a double chin. He has curly hair and wears a dark robe like most judges do. He also talks in a deep voice. Judge Whopper is also a big fan of SpongeBob.
The Krusty Sponge
Judge Whopper appears near the end of The Krusty Sponge. He rules over the case of Mr. Krabs "poisoning" the citizens of Bikini Bottom with his Spongy Patties. Before the Judge could give Mr. Krabs his sentencing, he bangs using his SpongeBob Gavel. Mr. Krabs notices it and asks the Judge that he's using one. Judge Whopper confirms this saying he is a huge SpongeBob fan. Mr. Krabs works out an agreement with the Judge to have him ride on the SpongeBob Train as many times as he want instead of going to jail. Judge Whopper is very pleased with this.
The Patty Caper
Unlike in The Krusty Sponge, Judge Whopper is much more severe to Mr. Krabs in this episode. After hearing over the case of Mr. Krabs stealing the Krusty Krab Secret Formula (known as grand theft), Judge Whopper sentences Mr. Krabs to give away Krabby Patties all day for free. Mr. Krabs is very displeased by this and is literally forced by two policeman to watch as his Krabby Patties are being given away. Like in The Krusty Sponge, Judge Whopper plays a role near the end of the episode.
- In his first appearance, he speaks with a British accent, but in the Patty Caper, he has a Southern accent.
