Ivy is a dark green fish. In the episode "Pickles," he sees SpongeBob come back to the Krusty Krab, and is one of the three left in the crowd. He could also be seen in the crowd in "Patty Hype" lifting SpongeBob to the Krusty Krab, and is the fourth fish in the crowd. Ivy appeared 5 times in the SpongeBob series, and his latest appearance is in "Once Bitten.
