Appearance
He is a large green fish who wears a mustard-yellow shirt and brown paints with a black belt and boots. He also appears to have shaved.
History
He only appears after Carl threatened Squidward if he didn't smile while tending to customers, he was going to speak with human resources to which the Human Resources Guy comes out pounding his fist. After Squidward agrees to smile, the Human Resources Guy then leaves. Which the would most likely means if Squidward didn't smile he would beat him up.
