The Human Resources Guy is a male fish that only appears in the episode "Selling Out". He plays he very small role and has one lines.
Description
He is a large green fish who wears a mustard-yellow shirt and brown paints with a black belt and boots. He also appears to have shaved. He only appears after Carl threatened Squidward if he didn't smile while tending to customer, he was going to speak with human resources to which the Human Resources Guy comes out pounding his fist. After Squidward agrees to smile, the Human Resources Guy then leaves.

- Since he doesn't even have any lines, it's hard to figure out what his real name is.
