Howard Blandy's Partners are few characters that appear in the Season 4 episode "Selling Out." They are associated with the Howard Blandy Franchising Company. They follow Blandy around making sales, such as the sale of the Krusty Krab, to the Krabby O'Monday's. One is purple with eyeglasses, and the other is blue with a black suit. Howard Blandy is their obvious boss. The purple one might be his accountant, while the blue one might be his lawyer.
